We only sell extra virgin olive oil which is produced on biological way. We cannot take the predicate organic because (for now) we have no certification here for.
This oil is obtained from the best olives matured under the Mediterranean sun, in southern Italy. To be precise in Senise in the province of Basilicata. We have a own orchard with around 500 olive trees. The olives are each year in early November picked and pressed.
The olives are within 24 hours after the picking squeezed. This is necessary to keep the acidity as low as possible. Our oil has an acidity that is low enough to get extra virgin olive oil. Here you can read how our olive oil is produced.

Our oil has a light, fruity, spicy taste. The beautiful yellow/green colour is characteristic for our oil. Because the yield of 100 kilograms of olives brings approximately 15 litres of olive oil, please understand that the revenue is limited. However, we have enough olive oil to let you enjoy this unique natural product. The oil is stored in stainless steel barrels under a constant temperature of about 14 degrees Celsius. If the oil is stored too cold, below 7 degrees, the oil solidifying. This comes at the expense of the taste. So always keep your oil in a not too cool dark place.
Our oil is delicious in your salads, fish, antipasti or simply as dip at bruschette with some sea salt.
